Many of us give an inordinate amount of time to our mistakes. They tend to be spotlighted in our minds. But what if you paid your mistakes no heed? What if you just ignored them? There’s a philosophy that goes like this: when you beat yourself up repeatedly for making mistakes, you inadvertently set yourself up for more because of the time you spend focusing on them!
As our week begins, let’s practice letting go of our “mistakes” when we make them. Just move forward, looking toward the next step of your life. You’ll be surprised how freeing it feels!
